There is an annual charge for group membership, which includes all of the reservations for the year as well as free refreshments.

The Group meets on the third Friday of each month, from 2.00pm-3.00pm.

Weekly Wednesdays from 1-2pm

Join us in Hemel Hempstead Library every Wednesday from 2pm-4pm for Crafternoon.  

Come along to Hemel’s CreatorSpace to catch up with likeminded people and work on your favourite crafts. Bring along any craft you’re working on – knitting, origami, drawing, sewing: all crafts are welcome!  

Please bring your own craft materials. Basic materials, such as paper, pencils and pens, can be provided if you would like to come along but don’t have a craft in mind.  

We will have free demonstrations of the CreatorSpace equipment (sewing machine, embroidery machine and digital cutter) at occasional meetings.  

Suitable for ages 15+

This session is free, but donations are welcome.

Join our friendly social group for refreshments, good conversation and some light-hearted literary chat along the way.

This event is suitable for all abilities, ages 16+.

This event can be messy, so we encourage you to wear washable clothes, aprons and all materials are provided.

Come in and swap your old puzzles for new one at Welwyn Garden City Library.

All puzzles are donations and can be swapped on the day or are used in the library and put out for customers to complete.

This is a free event.

Please note that the puzzles are not checked and we are unable to guarantee they contain all pieces.

Places are limited, there will be a small charge to cover the cost of the books reservation which you will pay to the group leader Alison at the meeting.
