Thank you for your patience – we're making sure everything is working as expected following the Library system update.
Online payments are not currently available. You can come to the library to pay any charges on your account.
We are aware of issues with the following services:
- audiobook charges - a charge for borrowing an audiobook is generated for customers who should be exempt. Please speak to a member of staff if you are affected.
- login to your account from abroad - some customers may experience issues when trying to login from outside the UK
We are working with our system provider to restore them as soon as we can.
